CNC Manual Milling & Turning
CNC milling is a subtractive process that takes a solid block of material and uses precision rotary cutting tools to remove the excess and leave the completed part. This process is the industry standard for creating complex parts such as: moulding tooling, automobile components, aerospace components and machined parts. CNC machined parts are usually designed in computer software which is then converted to tool-paths. This allows rapid production of parts to precise tolerances.
High precision CNC machining and manual milling services allow the creation of bespoke parts at competitive prices. We offer one-off parts, small batches and high volume parts and are able to produce complex geometries to high tolerances. These geometries include: slots, pockets, bore holes, chamfers, threads and 3d contours.
Lathe Turning
Turning is used to produce predominantly round parts. This can include: Mandrels, spindles, axles, hubs, spacers and threaded components.
We produce lathe turned components, which can be produced to your specification at exceptional quality. We use high quality carbide tooling to hold tight tolerances on milled and turned parts. This also enables us to create fine surface finishes on a range of materials including: stainless steel, titanium, brass, aluminium, plastics and a range of steels and tool steels.
